DESCRIPTION​

History

A good, healthy harvest in Imereti with a well – balanced acidity. Winemaking, Aging: Qvevri vinification where crushed grapes could mancerate during 5 month with skins and seeds. According to the tasting wines are aged in Qvevri or racked in stainless steel vats for bottling.

Tasting

Amber orange color. Complex aroma of yellow fruits, spices and aromatic herbs, with gingerbread, orange zest and fresh hazelnuts. Full bodied with a balanced tannic structure giving surprising density, good spicy and fruity persistency. Best served at +10-12°C. Alc.: 12,0%vol.
